Eating foods that are high in fiber and nutrients but low in unhealthy fat and sugar can help maintain a healthy blood sugar level, as well as improve your overall health.

Oatmeal offers a host of health benefits, and can be a great go-to food for those with diabetes, as long as the portion is controlled. One cup of cooked oatmeal contains approximately 30 grams of carbs, which can fit into a healthy meal plan for people with diabetes.

2) Brown Rice


Brown rice is more more better then white rice. White rice has long been known to have a negative effect on blood sugar. Like most "white" foods, like white rice, white pasta, white potato, White flour etc. It causes blood sugar spikes.

Nutrition is the key to keep your organs healthy so add healthy food in your daily lifestyle. Foods rich in fiber prevent diabetes add fiber rich food like brown rice. Brown rice is the best option for type2 diabetes rich fiber source it helps to maintain blood sugar level. Brown rice is packed with fiber, an important component for diabetes management.

3) Flaxseeds


Flaxseeds are an incredibly healthy food. A portion of their insoluble fiber is made up of lignans, which can decrease heart disease risk and improve blood sugar control. Flaxseeds are great source of Omega - 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Getting enough of these fats on a regular basis is especially important for diabetics, who have an increased risk of heart disease and stroke. DHA and EPA protect the cells that line your blood vessels, reduce markers of inflammation and improve the way your arteries function after eating.

1) Do Some Physical Activity Like Workout, 60min Walk, Running etc.
2) Eat Fiber Rich Whole grain Food Like Rolled Sugar Free Oats, Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Bread Etc.
3) Eat Healthy Fat & Fiber Rich Nuts Like Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews.
4) Add Fiber Rich Fruits Like Apple, Pear, Orange Etc.

*AVOID.

1) Simple Carbohydrates like White Rice, White Pasta, White Potato, Soda, Soft Drinks, Energy Drinks, Pack Fruit Juice, Process Sugar Etc.
2) Don't Eat Saturated Fat More Than 20g.
3) Avoid Full Fat Dairy Products.
