Anti Aging Tips

Glowing skin starts with how we eat. Are you eating complex carbs, green leafy vegetables, high vitamin C food? Majority of people eat simple carbs, sugary foods, junk food, and high fatty food, etc. Glowing skin it's all depends on what you eat in your daily lifestyle. Ex. A young person age of 25 but they look like the age of 27 - 28.
The early aging reason is nutrition. People did not eat good food like high antioxidant, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, lean protein food and that's the reason people look old at an early age.

  • Reasons Of Early Age 

1. Smoking, drinking, drugs, steroids.
2. Not getting enough sleep.
3. Not drinking sufficient water.
4. Not eating healthy food.
5. Overweight
6. Not doing physical activity like running, cycling, workout, etc. 

1. Fatty Fish 

Fatty fish is one of the best Anti Aging food for the skin.
You already know fatty fish like salmon and tuna is high in omega -3, a good source of protein and a moderate amount of Vitamin D. Fatty fish is a healthy source of fat and it's important for skin, hairs, brain, bone, and heart. Omega - 3 fatty acids help to strengthen skin cell membranes, protect against sun damage and give skin a beautiful glow by preserving its natural oil barrier. So eat 120gm fatty fish 2 or 3 times a week and see after a month you are getting beautiful skin.

2. Sweet Potato 

Sweet Potato is high in vitamin A, C, E and antioxidant called beta- carotene. Beta-carotene convert to vitamin A.
Vitamin A helps to restore skin elasticity, promote skin cell turnover, Contribute to soft, good looking skin. and vitamin A is also important for vision.
Good source of Vitamin C and E both vitamins protect our skin from free radicals, protect from UV rays, production of collagen, glowing and healthy skin. Eating sweet potato gives you tons of benefits.

3. Nuts 

Almonds are high in Vitamin E sourced and packed with many other vitamins and minerals. But today I'm focusing on Vitamin E. Vitamin E is also Anti Aging vitamin Vitamin E Is a very important vitamin for the skin.
Vitamin E protects skin against sun damage, repair skin tissue and retains skin moisture. Add one-ounce almonds in your snack for getting healthy and young skin.


  • Papaya and Blueberries 

Papaya is the best anti-aging fruit. Rich in antioxidants and other vitamins and minerals like Vitamin A, C, K and E, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and B Vitamin. These vitamins help protect against free harmful radicals, skin elasticity, minimize fine lines and wrinkles. Papaya also contains an enzyme called papain, which provides additional anti-aging benefits.

  • Blueberries 

Blueberries are high in vitamin A, and C, as well as an age-defying antioxidant,  called anthocyanin. This powerful antioxidant helps to protect our skin from damage due to the sun, prevent collagen loss, Reduce Inflammation, reduce stress, protect from pollution.
