Intense fat is a 12 weeks fat loss program you also build lean muscle in this program. Last time I released an 8-week fat loss program. But this time I'm releasing 12 weeks Intense Fat Loss Program.

This program is very intense that's why this program's name is Intense Fat.

What To Do For Fat Loss

There is no hard since for fat loss just focus on what you eat and how much you eat. You reduce calories on a daily basis on your maintenance calories you lose weight. 

But fat loss and weight loss both are different goals. During fat loss, you lose fat, and water weight, and for weight loss, you lose muscle, fat, and water weight. Want to learn more about weight loss vs fat loss then check it out.

Nutrition Plan

I'm not giving you only a workout plan in my program I'm also giving a nutrition plan with a workout plan. 

Because nutrition is the key to transforming your dream physique.

In this program, I'll give you aprx. 1888 calories with the best macro breakdown. You eat 47% protein, 30% carbohydrates, and 23% fat in this program.

All meals are different and tasty. And I'll also give directions for meal preparation in the PDF. 

Workout Plan

I'll design a different workout plan for this program.

We train two muscles a day and end the week with circuit training. That's why this program is very intense and effective. 

We train slow-twitch muscle fibers for endurance by hitting 12-plus repetitions. 


I'll recommend three supplements in this program. 

Carnitine: Carnitine is a supplement that helps you to burn fat and give energy during the workout. 

BCAA: BCAA supplement is very important during a fat loss because you don't want to lose muscle that's why I'm adding this supplement to save muscles during Intense workouts.

Whey Protein Isolate: Whey protein isolate is the best form of whey protein. High in protein very very fewer carbs and fat. And also fast-digesting compared to whey protein concentrate. 

After an intense workout, your muscle needs protein to recover fast. And whey protein is best for fast recovery. If you don't want to add whey protein then you can add egg whites after a workout.
